Units 1 to 3
Each unit accommodates up to 2 guests. They feature a compact kitchenette designed for efficiency, convenient “heat‑and‑go” meals.
Units 1, 2 & 3 each have a private entrance, design, and facilities. “En-Suite” bedrooms, with 1 x double bed, a closet that includes hangers, shelving, side tables & sockets with USB ports, a desk & chairs. “kitchenette” furnished with a microwave and a mini-fridge.
The difference between the Units?
Unit 3, with 30 sqm, is the most spacious of the three. Followed by Unit 2 with 25 sqm and Unit 1 with 22sqm being therefore the smallest of the three. However, for more space, wait until you read about our fourth unit…
Unit 4 Loghouse experience!
This 77m² wood cabin offers 2 Bedrooms: Bedroom one, with one double bed, and Bedroom two with three single beds, side tables, a closet in each room, and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests sharing, a well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for business groups, friends sharing, family celebrations, or longer stays.

We understand that unfamiliar waters lead to unexpected troubles, potentially spoiling a perfect trip. We provide complimentary filtered drinking water throughout your stay. As a 9 SS Guest, enjoy a fabulous discount at a nearby Laundry. This service is the closest to us and conveniently situated within the Geneva Center. They also offer other services, such as a convenience store or a chemist. Afterall keeping your washing needs simple and stress-free can, in fact, be a real bonus during your travels.

9 Serendipity Accommodation in George IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A Well‑Informed Guest is Essential and a priority for clarity and harmony. We believe that ‘under‑promise and over‑deliver’ is the best practice for peace of mind. No false promises for real expectations
- We do not offer Breakfast
- We do not have Televisions
- Check-in time: 3 pm
- Check-out: 8-10 am
- Minimum Stay Policy – A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
- All reservations are confirmed after full payment (Proof of Payment) and credited before check-in.
Daily Cleaning | Room Service
This is not common practice for “self-catering” rentals. Can be pre-arranged, not guaranteed, and available at a fee to defray our costs, if available.
*R300/ Unit – Room & bathroom, sweeping and mopping;
*R400/ Unit – All the above plus kitchenette, dishes, including linen, towel change & refill of all complementaries.
Smoking inside the Units is not permitted
Guests may NOT smoke inside the units. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor smoking
Liability Disclaimer
Children of any age are welcome under parental strict supervision only. Guests are responsible for their own safety and use facilities at their own risk. Management accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property except in cases of proven negligence.
Damages & Payment
Damages and Payment – 9 Serendipity Stay
Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with care. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused during a stay must be reported immediately. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest responsible, with payment due within 7 days of notification. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to property or furnishings, lost keys and gate remote, broken items, damaged linens, or any other property damage. We thank and appreciate your cooperation.
Right of Admission Reserved
Management reserves the right to admit or deny admission to the property. Management reserves the right to admit or deny entry to the property. Guests must respect the house rules, fellow guests, and staff at all times. Management may refuse or terminate a stay without a refund if:
- A guest engages in disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior.
- A guest ignores or deliberately violates house rules.
- A guest brings illegal substances or engages in unlawful activities on the property.
- Excessive noise or disturbance affects others’ comfort.
- A guest causes damage to property, furnishings, or amenities.
- A guest fails to honor payment terms, deposits, or booking conditions
Management will always exercise this right fairly, without discrimination, and with the comfort and safety of all guests in mind.
Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
A two-night minimum stay is a requirement. This means bookings must be for at least two consecutive nights. All Reservations and or Booking confirmations require payment in full before check-in. Guests pay the full reservation amount if they cancel at any time. In cases such as medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or force majeure, we review all requests individually. Please submit all refund requests in writing to our email address stay@9serendipitystay.com.
Compliance with Law
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. These laws include fire safety requirements, responsible alcohol use, and the prohibition of illegal substances. Any conduct that violates the law or endangers the safety and comfort of others may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
